I directed this show last year but wanted to post some productions shots that I've only just now gotten a hold of. 

Sarah Plain and Tall Cast!

Off to Dallas Theatre Center soon to start rehearsals for the new, expanded, full length version of Sarah,  Plain and Tall with a book by Julia Jordan, music my Larry O'Keefe, and lyrics by Nell Benjamin. And we have the brilliant and highly enjoyable Mary-Mitchell Campbell with us as music director (!) I love them all, and the show is one that is very close to my heart. I can't wait to work on it again with the amazing cast shown below:

Heading into the Last Days...

Next week I'm doing a reading of the new musical The Last Days of Cleopatra. It's about the making of the 1963 movie Cleopatra with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. I'm writing the book and directing. Charlie Barnett is writing the music and lyrics. It's a project I'm VERY excited about, and we have an unbelievable cast!!! See below:
